T’s & C’s

These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the agreement between the client ("You") and Holly Hawker Hair ("The Stylist"). By securing a booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

•A non refundable deposit (amount agreed at time of booking) is required to secure your wedding date.

«Full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.

•If full payment is not received by this deadline, the stylist reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Cancellations by Client

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 12 weeks before the wedding date: Deposit is retained; no further charge.
• Between 12 and 6 weeks before the wedding date: 50% of the outstanding balance is due.
• Less than 6 weeks before the wedding date: 75% of the remaining balance is due.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

3. Cancellations by Stylist

«Every effort will be made to help find an alternative stylist where possible.

-In the unlikely event that Holly Hawker Hair needs to cancel your booking due to iliness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid (including the deposit) will be issued. 

4. Previews

• preview appointments are recommended and must be paid for in advance.
• preview costs are non refundable regardless of whether a wedding day booking goes ahead.
• Any major style changes after a preview may require an additional trial at an extra cost.

5. Travel & Additional Costs

• Travel costs may apply depending on location and will be outlined at the time of booking
• Parking charges, congestion fees, or accommodation (if required) are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced accordingly:

6. Photography & Image Use

• By agreeing to these terms, you grant Holly Hawker Hair permission to use photos and videos taken during your trial and or wedding day for marketing purposes (e,g, website. social media, portfolio).
• If you do not consent to this, please notify in writing.

7. Responsibility & Liability

«The stylist will always use high quality, professional products and maintain hygiene standards. However, it is your responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.

•Holly Hawker Hair is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose medical or skin conditions.

8. Delays & Schedule

• It is your responsibility to ensure that all bridal party members are available at the agreed times.
• A full schedule will be discussed in advance. Any delays that impact timing may affect the services provided.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking and guaranteed once your deposit is received.
• These terms are subject to occasional updates. The latest version will always be provided upon booking
